NUEVO LAREDO, TAMAULIPAS, JULY 2, 2021.- Starting the following week, the Municipal Education Directorate will begin with the delivery of the support book kits that basic education boys and girls will use the next school year.
For the first time, the packages will also be provided to private schools.
The Secretary of Education, Culture and Sports, Miguel Jáuregui Salazar, mentioned that there are more than 80 thousand kits of support books that the municipal government will provide to students to reinforce educational quality.
“It is the municipal government’s commitment to deliver these books for the third consecutive school year. We are going to start with the distribution of the books so that at the beginning of the next school year they are already in the hands of the schools, ”said Jáuregui.
The delivery will be made before the end of the school year, so that when they resume classes in the 2021-2022 period, the students already have the material.
All the books that will be distributed free of charge are attached to the plan and program of the contents that will be used in the school year that will begin in mid-August.
As in the current school year, a kit will be delivered for teachers and another for preschool and primary students, while in secondary, only a math book is delivered to students.
