Berlin (dpa / tmn) – “Deliver Us The Moon” is an exciting science fiction adventure game that takes its players into weightlessness. Anyone who has ever wanted to put on a spacesuit and jet through the quiet darkness of the Earth’s satellite with a moon rover cannot avoid this game.

The storyline: Fortunately, in a future where humanity has turned the planet into an uninhabitable desert thanks to pollution, a new source of energy is discovered on the moon. It should now also be exploited. One day, however, the light in the new lunar colony literally goes out and all contact between the earth and the settlement is cut off.

What happened on the moon

Five years after this incident, players travel to the moon as an astronaut. To make matters worse, all the inhabitants of the colony have disappeared without a trace. Quite creepy. What happened there?

«
Deliver Us The Moon »is played from the chase perspective. Players can get clues about what might have happened to the lunar station through hologram logs, personal photos, recordings and more. A drone called ASE accompanies us on the journey of discovery, in which players also have to move in zero gravity or drive a lunar vehicle outside the station.

The faithful drone

This works like a mixture of a flying camera and a high-tech tool box. Needless to say, the adventure cannot be mastered without the use of the small, white floating ball. If you do not like difficult adventure games with a dense atmosphere and an unusual setting, you should try «Deliver Us The Moon». For fans: In the German version Erik «Gronkh» Range speaks the dialogue traces of the main character.

“Deliver Us The Moon” is available for Mac OS, Nintendo Switch, PC, Playstation 4, Xbox One and costs around 25 euros.
