Dauphine gratin with tomato salad

Ingredients
1.5 kg of potatoes 250 ml of sour cream 250 ml of sweet cream salt pepper nutmeg 2 cloves of garlic 50 g of melted butter
Preparation
Potatoes are peeled, washed and cut or grated into thin slices. The oven is heated to 200 degrees in upper and lower heating mode. Peel the garlic cloves.
Rub the baking dish with melted butter and garlic cloves. Mix sweet and sour cream.
Place the first layer of potatoes in the baking dish. Add salt and other spices. Pour a little cream. This process is repeated until all the potato slices are laid out. Pour the remaining cream over the finished gratin. Reduce the temperature in the oven to 180 degrees and bake the gratin for one hour until it becomes crispy. Can be served with salad.
