100 g cashew
200 g dates
60 g coconut flakes
½ teaspoon honey
½ teaspoon of vanilla essence
1 pinch of salt

Method of preparation
Put the pitted dates, cashews, half of the coconut flakes through a blender. At the end, add honey, vanilla essence, salt and homogenize. You will get a sticky paste.
