The shareholders of the non-bank creditor “DelfinGroup” will decide today on the payment of dividends from the first quarter’s profit, according to the company’s announcement to the “Nasdaq Riga” stock exchange.

Taking into account the results of the first quarter of 2023, the board’s proposal is to pay 802,156 euros or 0.0177 euros per share in extraordinary dividends.
The meeting also plans to approve the unaudited consolidated report for the first quarter of this year.
The shareholders’ meeting will be held at 15:00 in the “Skanstes City” Conference Center, 50 Skanstes Street, 1st entrance. Shareholders will have the opportunity to vote before the meeting and connect to it remotely.
It has already been announced that the revenues of the “DelfinGroup” concern in the first quarter of this year amounted to 11.082 million euros, which is 46.1% more than in the corresponding period of 2022, while the group’s profit increased by 15.9% and was 1.613 million euros, according to the company information provided to the “Nasdaq Riga” stock exchange.
The representatives of the company indicate that the profit before interest, taxes, depreciation and amortization or EBITDA of the “DelfinGroup” concern in the first quarter of this year was 3.9 million euros, which is 53% more than in the first quarter of 2022, while the profit before taxes increased by 16 %, reaching 1.8 million euros.
“DelfinGroup” credit portfolio has increased by 9% since the beginning of the year, reaching 73.5 million euros.
In the first three months of this year, “DelfinGroup” issued 18.3 million euros in consumer loans, which is an increase of 59% compared to the first quarter of last year, while the increase in the segment of pawnshop loans was 58%, reaching 5.7 million euros. Meanwhile, the amount of sales of used, slightly used and new goods reached 3.3 million euros in the first quarter of this year, which is an increase of 43% compared to the corresponding period last year.
The turnover of the “DelfinGroup” group last year was 35.776 million euros, which is 42% more than in 2021, while the audited profit of the group increased by 48.4% and reached 5.961 million euros.
The company “DelfinGroup” was registered in 2009. Until the end of June 2012, the company worked under the name “Lombards24.lv”, but then changed its name to “ExpressCredit”. In turn, the company became “DelfinGroup” at the beginning of February 2020. The company works with the “Banknote” and “Vizia” brands.
The largest shareholders of “DelfinGroup” are SIA “L24 Finance” (48.18%), whose real beneficiaries are Aigars and Linda Kesenfeldi, SIA “EC Finance” owned by Agrim Evertovskis (14.95%), as well as SIA “AE Consulting” (8.75%), while 26.77% of shares are in free circulation. The company’s shares are listed on the official list of “Nasdaq Riga”.
