Since 2015, investors on the investment platform “Mintos” have invested more than 421 million euros in loans granted to the non-bank lender JSC “DelfinGroup”, of which 65 million euros will be invested in 2022, inform the representatives of “DelfinGroup”.
So far, nearly 100,000 investors have invested in “DelfinGroup” loans on the “Mintos” platform, and the average investment portfolio size of a “DelfinGroup” loan investor is 330 euros, and the average return was 10.6% all ‘year.
In order to diversify capital, “DelfinGroup” uses different methods of raising capital: On October 14, 2021, the initial public offering (IPO) of “DelfinGroup” was concluded, several bond issues were carried out, and the services of “Mintos” platforms are also used.
Thus, giving investors the opportunity to invest in shares and bonds of the company, as well as in loans issued by “DelfinGroup”.

Investors investing in loans issued by “DelfinGroup” through the “Mintos” platform constitute the majority of “DelfinGroup” investors – currently nearly 100,000 investors from 115 countries have invested in loans issued by the company. Over the past six months, 3,868 investors invested in loans issued by “DelfinGroup” from the Baltic states, of which 34% from Latvia, 46% from Estonia and 20% from Lithuania.
The company “DelfinGroup” was registered in 2009. Until the end of June 2012 the company operated under the name “Lombards24.lv”, but then changed its name to “ExpressCredit”. In turn, the company became “DelfinGroup” at the beginning of February 2020. The company works under the brands “Banknote” and “Vizia”.
The largest shareholders of “DelfinGroup” are SIA “L24 Finance” (57.53%), owned by Aigars Kesenfeld (49%), Linda Kesenfeld (38%) and Ivars Kesenfeld (13%), SIA “EC Finance” by Agris Evertovskis (18.81%) and SIA “AE Consulting” (8.9%). The shares of the company are listed on the official stock exchange of “Nasdaq Riga”.
