Deleting the Matches Would Cause Chaos! Check out the Latest Rankings of the Turkish Super League.

After Hatayspor and Gaziantep FK’s withdrawal from the league due to the earthquake, TFF decided to give 3 points and 3 goals to the teams that will play with these teams. After the meeting held at the Union of Clubs, it was requested that the matches be invalidated by 7 to 4 votes, and the new decision of the TFF is eagerly awaited. If the matches played by Hatayspor and Gaziantep FK are deemed invalid, there will be serious changes in the scoreboard.

Beşiktaş’s request “Let the matches of the teams withdrawn from the league be considered invalid” was voted in by the Clubs Association and 7 of the 11 teams supported the black and white teams. Then the eyes turned to TFF.

GALATASARAY’S 9 POINTS, FENERBAHÇE’S 6 POINTS WILL BE DELETED

If the TFF accepts the request for the matches to be declared invalid, 6 points each from Galatasaray, Fenerbahçe, Trabzonspor and Kayserispor, teams that scored 2 out of 2 against Hatayspor and Gaziantep FK, will be deleted. A total of 9 points of yellow-reds, which have 3 points from the forfeit victory against Gaziantep FK, will be deleted.

Beşiktaş will be a partner to the summit

Beşiktaş and Istanbulspor had 5 points, Adana Demirspor, Başakşehir and Ümraniyespor had 4 points in the matches played with these teams that were withdrawn from the league. Thus, these teams will narrow the gap between them and their opponents. In the event that the TFF invalidates the matches, Beşiktaş will equalize its points with Fenerbahçe, which is in the second place, and will become one of the strong favorites of the championship by reducing the difference with the leader Galatasaray to 3.

Here is the new standings that will occur if the matches are invalidated:
