On Monday morning there were numerous delays and train cancellations on the Rhine valley route between Offenburg and Freiburg. Deutsche Bahn traffic had been blocked at Gundelfingen (Breisgau-Hochschwarzwald district) due to a personal accident, according to a rail press spokesman. At around 8 a.m., the train service could start again, said a police spokesman in Freiburg.
