Dejan Kulusevski quickly integrated into Antonio Conte’s team at Tottenham, after joining Spurs on loan in the last winter transfer window. With the London team, he has already played nine Premier League gamesand scored two goals for four assists.
The striker, on loan from Juventus, gave an interview to ‘The Guardian’ in which he analyzed his first months in the English capital: “It is above all the coach and the staff who help me a lot, allowing me to make mistakes and to be myself, allowing me to play without pressure.”
“Regarding my best position, it’s hard to say because football evolves and i’m a guy who can’t stand still and I want to move in very, very large spaces. The coach helped me a lot because I find my place well at the moment. I like where I play and in every game I had chances to score,” he said.
But Kulusevski also spoke about his difficult times at Juventus: “I had difficult times at Juventus. When things don’t go your way, you have to be strong. It was frustrating not being able to show how I felt inside, I needed a change. I am very happy that Tottenham believed in me and that the coach wanted me. I am very motivated to do well, I have the qualities it takes and I like to work.”
