If it’s up to the Ministry of Defence, a giant radar will soon be built in the municipality of West Betuwe. It’s called Smart-L: a defense radar that has to keep an eye on our airspace. But they don’t like Herwijnen: there is already a radar here and the inhabitants fear that they could get sick from so much radiation together.
