Qualification for the 2025 Copa Libertadores and Copa Sudamericana
Argentina has six places available for the 2025 Copa Libertadores. The winners of the League Cup, the Professional League and the Argentine Cup will each get one spot. The remaining places will be obtained by the top three teams in the annual general table that have not been champions. This classification includes the points obtained in the 2024 LPF (27 rounds) and in the Copa de la Liga zone stage (14 rounds). Meanwhile, another six teams will go to the 2025 Sudamericana, which will also come out of that same general table and will be the best placed after those qualified for the Libertadores. If a team that occupies the qualification positions for the Sudamericana has already qualified for the Libertadores by having been champion of one of the aforementioned tournaments, the place in the Sudamericana will go to its closest pursuer in those positions.
