FAJAR.CO.ID, JAKARTA – The murder case of the late son of Tamara Tyasmara, Raden Andante Khalif Pramudityo, has entered a new phase.
The trial process for this case has now entered the prosecution phase by the Public Prosecutor (JPU). The trial was held again at the East Jakarta District Court (PN), on Monday (23/9).
During the trial, the public prosecutor charged Yudha Arfandi as the defendant in the case with the death penalty.
“We demand that the accused Yudha Arfandi be declared legally and definitively guilty of committing a criminal act by intentionally taking the life of another person as in the first charge of Article 340 of the Code Criminal,” said the prosecutor when he read the charges in the east. Jakarta District Court, Monday (23/9).
“He sentenced the accused Yudha Arfandi to the death penalty and said that the accused is still in custody,” he continued.
The prosecutor assessed that Yudha’s actions were legally and conclusively proven. “We therefore assess that the defendant’s actions are legally and conclusively justified by the elements of premeditated planning, the elements of deliberate action, and the -elements of taking another person’s life,” said the prosecutor.
The prosecution team also took into account a number of aggravating factors in bringing charges against the accused.
What was getting worse was that Yudha’s actions were considered negligent, which led to the loss of someone’s life, which was done in a sad way, he did not confess to the alleged actions, and it was considered complex in the test.
“There are no mitigating circumstances for the accused,” the prosecutor said.
