“Defector Exposes Putin’s Distorted Reality Perception and War Crimes”

According to the journalists, Karaulov is the highest collaborator of the Russian special services who has managed to escape from Russia since the start of the full-scale war against Ukraine.

The interview took place at the end of last year, but it was published on the “Dossier” website “dossier.center” on Tuesday, when it was believed that Karaulovs and his relatives were safe.

Until mid-October, Karaulov was an engineer in the Russian presidential communications department and worked with Putin, but then he was able to fly to Istanbul with his family while on a business trip in Kazakhstan.

In Russia, Karaulov has been declared wanted, a criminal case has been initiated against him.

In the interview, Karaulov calls Putin a war criminal who lives in an information vacuum and as a result has a distorted perception of reality.

“Last February, this criminal war began, and I could no longer agree to the deal with conscience. I simply could no longer be in the service of this president. I believe that this person is a war criminal,” Karaulov explained in the interview.

The Russian president, as Karaulov said, only believes in the folders of documents placed on the table by his subordinates.

“Our president is cut off from the world. He has been living in an information cocoon for the past couple of years, spending most of his time in his residences, which the media eloquently call bunkers. He has a pathological fear for his life,” said the defector about the Kremlin master.
