SURABAYA RAYA ZONE– PSM Makassar managed to beat Persebaya Surabaya with a score of 3-1 in the third week of the BRI Liga 1 season 2021/2022. This result disappointed supporters and stormed Persebaya’s social media.
The Persebaya vs. PSM duel was held at the Si Jalak Harupat Stadium, Bandung Regency, Saturday night, September 18, 2021. Two PSM goals were scored by Anco Jansen in the 29th and 36th minutes, and Yakob Sayuri in the 37th minute.
Persebaya’s goal was scored by Jose Wilkson in the 19th minute. Persebaya management was also disappointed with this result.

Interestingly, Persebaya’s official upload was even flooded with criticism. Many are questioning Coach’s strategy Aji Santoso.
They also criticized Persebaya captain Rachmat Irianto who wore the number 13 shirt.
