Deep mourning after primary school massacre: ‘People are in shock’

Reporter Sophie van der Meer is in the Texan town of Uvalde. She sees the entire community plunged into deep mourning after the massacre committed there by an 18-year-old boy at an elementary school. 19 young children have died. Almost everyone in Uvalde knew one of the victims: “They look to each other for comfort”.
