DEEN is recalling egg cakes, because there may be pieces of iron in them

It concerns the Midi egg cakes that are packed per 10 pieces with the best before date 3 June 2021. The cakes are being recalled on behalf of Banketbakkerij De Maro. They make these egg cakes, reports the Dutch Food and Consumer Product Safety Authority (NVWA).

Customers are advised not to eat these cookies, but to bring them back to the store. They will then receive the purchase amount back.
