“A family that is our customer had traveled to the south of France with the caravan,” says business manager Dries Daems. “But on the way they had to deal with car trouble. Through the assistance insurance, however, they turned out to have every difficulty in finding a suitable replacement car. We ended up calling around for two days. But then Tim Van Elsen, one of our employees, said that he would have his own car towed to France.”
For many, such a thing would remain with words, but not with Tim. He contacted a tow service that brought his car to the south of France on Thursday to help the family out. “If he doesn’t become employee of the year, I don’t know what will”, Daems smiles. “But you also see that we take customer service very seriously at our office. Only Tim has to miss his car for a few weeks now. I’ve heard that his wife isn’t too happy about that. (laughs)”
