Dedalus at the crossroads of trends that will shape the health of tomorrow

What were the highlights of this 3thediting ?
Frédéric Vaillant: Eagerly awaited by the ecosystem, D4 Evolution makes it possible, each year, to take stock of the main trends in e-health by including them in the overall strategy of the Dedalus group. This 2021 edition welcomed, for example, Laura Létourneau, ministerial delegate for digital health, who presented us with the main advances of the national roadmap – in which we are fully committed. This 3th opus was also an opportunity to take stock of some emblematic projects such as SI-DEP, the Covid-19 screening information system, in particular set up thanks to the strong mobilization of our teams, and now closely observed by several other countries.

Several structuring evolutions for the health of tomorrow were also mentioned. Could you give us a few of them?
I will remember in particular the population health management, a concept aiming to offer a global vision of a patient journey in all its components. The transversality of our offer here represents a major asset for centralizing multi-modal data and facilitating their use by all healthcare players, including at the national level with the DMP. Or digital pathology, a particularly relevant technology for accentuating the fluidity of journeys since it not only allows remote access to virtual anatomo-pathology slides, but also and above all to correlate them with other medical data. from the computerized patient record – CT or MRI images, biological and genetic analyzes, etc. This will also be one of our main axes for 2021.

Above all, D4 Evolution made it possible to discover, in preview, the D4U and clinalytix technologies. What do they consist of, more concretely?
A strong hallmark of Dedalus is the major place given to innovation, which itself supports the adoption of new uses. This is the context for the D4U platform, an open ecosystem built on the model of an API, or programming interface, to connect all types of use cases within a single aggregated environment. . More specifically, D4U provides mobile access to perfectly interoperable applications and services, including when they have been developed by third-party publishers, to strengthen the sharing of patient-centered medical knowledge.
