85% fear a second wave
Still, 77% say they will continue to apply strict containment measures. “This opinion is in the majority for all age groups, but increases steadily with age: from 68% among 18-25 year olds, to 86% among those over 75. “
A posture which can be explained by the fact that 85% consider “very likely” a second wave of contamination.
If 80% are in favor of a differentiated deconfinement according to the departments, they judge with more severity the targeted confinement. Only 43% consider that it is better to target populations at risk, including the elderly, rather than re-establishing general containment.
32% gave up care during confinement
This investigation explores another essential point: renouncing care. 32% say they have not done a necessary medical examination. “This renunciation does not turn out to be correlated with the level of household income”, specifies Inserm.
