Kuwait: The motorcyclist with dangerously large bags can be deported to Kuwait. The authorities have informed that measures have been taken to deport the expatriate who rode the bicycle. The action was triggered by riding a bicycle on a busy road with two large trolley bags. The people in the vehicle behind were filming this movement.
