Myth No. 1. Running on gas increases engine life
In fact, this is only partly a myth. Gas is the preferred fuel for the piston group of the engine, but vice versa for the exhaust valves. However, for long-term operation of the engine without accidents, professional adjustment of the gas equipment and its regular maintenance are necessary.
Engines that have valves with hydraulic lifters will work best on gas. In the absence of such, the adjustment of the valves should be carried out more often than indicated in the regulations.
Myth number 2. A 60 liter gas bottle will allow you to drive further than a 60 liter gas tank
