Mr. Ha assessed that currently social networking services, especially popular platforms with many users in Vietnam (such as Facebook, Telegram…) are provided by corporations and companies providing cross-border services. The border is also lax in censorship, content management, and social network accounts. Therefore, subjects have the opportunity to form groups that violate the law on social networks.
