Debra Messing Refused Breast Padding on “Will & Grace”: Behind the Scenes Secrets

Debra Messing played Grace Adler on the popular American sitcom ‘Will & Grace’ for eleven seasons. Now she reveals that the makers suggested her “breast filling” to make her breasts look bigger. “At the very first fitting, they brought ‘chicken breasts’ to enlarge my breasts,” Messing told the audience of a panel discussion at the Paley Center for Media in New York. “I just wasn’t a fan of the whole idea of ​​it. At some point, she decided to stop wearing them. “I said, ‘I don’t want to wear these. I actually like the idea of ​​her being completely flat-chested. It was not the first time that Messing had been asked to wear ‘chicken fillets’. In a 2018 interview with Sharon Stone for Variety’s “Actors on Actors” series, Messing said early in her career, she demanded another network executive wear chicken breasts on her first sitcom. “I was shocked. I was new to the industry and just thought I couldn’t say ‘no’.”
