Debanhi entered the hotel alone where she was found dead: her parents

Debanhi Escobar, the young woman who was found dead Thursday night after almost two weeks of being reported missing, entered the hotel on her own account where she was locatedtheir parents reported.

After announcing the new developments, Mario Escobar reported that the investigation into his daughter will be carried out by the State Prosecutor’s Office Specialized in Femicides and Crimes against Women, for which will be treated as femicide and from a gender perspective.

On the night of April 21, Nuevo León authorities located a body inside a cistern inside the facilities of the Nueva Castilla Motel, in the area where the young woman had been sought for two weeks. Debanhi’s father confirmed that the body found corresponded to his daughter’s and a day later, the prosecution itself confirmed that it was Debanhi and that the cause of his death was a severe blow to the head.
