Martien from Boxmeer, together with family and friends, does everything in his power to help his critically ill daughter. 39-year-old Anne needs a lot of money for a life-saving surgery on her cervical vertebrae in Barcelona. The campaigns are bearing fruit: of the required 130,000 euros, 105,000 euros have already been received.
“I break every time I tell the story,” says Martien. “Then I sit there crying with someone in the garden or inside. I personally visited thirty people. But when your kid has something like that, you do everything for her. That money just has to come together. ”

Anne has a long list of conditions, which she writes about on her website The Rolling Blogger. She also suffered many other blows. Recently. Her 72-year-old father-in-law died of corona. Her mother has a brain tumor. “She has had so many bad luck and setbacks in her life. That is really not normal. Unwanted childless, cancer. She was spared nothing. ”

What Anne now urgently needs is an unstable neck and prolapse of the cerebellum. The 39-year-old Boxmeerse lies flat 24 hours a day, is in a lot of pain and cannot function without help. “She’s been in bed for months. Every time I’ve seen her again, my heart is broken. ”
