Death Stranding Director’s Cut comes to PC in March

The release date nailed for the ultimate version of Kojima’s delivery simulator on PC.

Director’s Cut version of Hideo Kojimas Death Stranding was released in September for Playstation 5 and offered a lot of game mechanical news and new content. Earlier this month was confirmed that this version was also on its way to PC, and now we have a nailed release date: March 30.

The price will be 40 €, equivalent to 420 kronor, but if you already own the regular version of the game on PC, you can also choose to upgrade to Director’s Cut for 10 $ (they do not specify a price in euros). The regular version of the game is sold with fairly juicy discounts on both Steam and Epic Games Store at the moment, if you plan to play Director’s Cut, it may be worthwhile to pinch the original version now and then upgrade.

Director’s Cut includes a lot of new content, and Kojima himself do not like that it is called just Director’s Cut, because it suggests that they had to remove content from the original game before it was released. Instead, he points out that they have created completely new material for this version.
