Death Stranding 2 is in the works, says Norman Reedus.

The actor who brings Sam Bridges to life in the Kojima Productions game commented in an interview with AdoroCinema, thank you to VGC, which is preparing for the sequel to the game which in September will receive an expanded version on PlayStation 5.

“I think we’re going to do a second Death Stranding. Right now, the game is in negotiations. So…yay!”

In 2020, Reedus commented to Wired that he was preparing a new collaboration with Hideo Kojima and that they talked about creating more Death Stranding related stuff.

However, these new things may not exactly be Director’s Cut, but also a sequel or new game in this universe.
