Kojima Productions are currently preparing their next game. Hideo Kojima talks a little about it on Twitter and scatters a few clues. Fans believe they can read from these that a sequel to Death Stranding awaits us.
The first tweet says:
“Here is my way of designing a new title with Yoji. First we discuss the setting for each character, the background, the world, the color, the characteristics, the roles, the images, the ideas and the keyword that is sent by e -Mail goes back and forth. WFH & 20 min. Direct discussion. Mostly SMS via iPhone. “
Pencils and pieces of paper can be seen in the picture. There is also a BB on the desk. This hides a drawing of what looks like a spaceship.
Is Death Stranding 2 coming?
In the next tweet from Hideo Kojima you can read:
“I worked on the concept and listened to Kitaro’s” OASIS “, which I recently bought. I (I used to have the record) love Shusei Nagaoka’s illustration.”
The interesting thing in the picture is the drawing. The word “Bridges” can be read on the mysterious vehicle. A “Landing Ship” can also be seen. Bridges is the name of death stranding hero Sam Porter Bridges, but also of a company in the game world.
Could all of this suggest that Hideo Kojima is currently the concept of Death Stranding 2 developed? Or maybe we get a game set in the same universe? But it could also be a DLC for the action adventure. We have no choice but to wait until the new project from Kojima Productions is announced.
