Al-Marsad newspaper – SPA: Today, the Ministry of Interior issued a statement regarding the implementation of a death sentence against a number of perpetrators in the Makkah Al-Mukarramah region, the text of which follows:
God Almighty said: “The recompense for those who wage war against God and His Messenger and strive upon earth to cause corruption is only that they be killed or crucified or that their hands and feet be cut off from opposite sides of the earth.” And they will be banished from the land. That is for them disgrace in this world, and for them in the Hereafter is a great punishment.)
Arshad Ali Debar Muhammad Ismail, Abdul Majeed Haji Nour al-Din, Khaled Hussein Batjo Qurban Ali, Abdul Ghaffar Mir Bahr Lutfullah, and Abdul Ghaffar Muhammad Souma, all Pakistanis, attacked a private company and tied its guards. He beat them and conspired to kill the guard, Anis Miah – a Bangladeshi national.
By the grace of God, the security authorities were able to arrest the aforementioned perpetrators, and the investigation with them resulted in them being accused of committing their crime, and by referring them to the competent court, an instrument was issued against them proving their guilt for what was attributed to them, and because what they did was a form of corruption on earth, and intimidated the innocent. It is an attack on the lives and property that God has commanded to protect.
Arshad Ali Debar Muhammad Ismail, Abd al-Majid Haji Nour al-Din, and Abd al-Ghaffar Muhammad Somah were sentenced to the punishment of banditry, and their punishment was death, and Khaled Hussein Batjo Qurban Ali and Abd al-Ghaffar Mir Bahr Lutfallah were sentenced to death as a discretionary punishment. The ruling was supported by his authority, and a royal order was issued to enforce what was legally decided and supported by his authority, by killing both / Khaled Hussein Batjou Qurban Ali, and / Abdul Ghaffar Mir Bahr Lutfallah, as a punishment, and implementing the punishment of banditry against / Arshad Ali Debar Muhammad Ismail, and / Abdul Majeed Haji Nour Al-Din, and / Abdul Ghaffar Muhammad Souma, and that this should be by killing them.
The death sentence was carried out as a discretionary punishment for the perpetrators: Khaled Hussein Batjou Qurban Ali and Abdul Ghaffar Mir Bahr Lutfullah – the aforementioned – and the death sentence was executed as a punishment for the perpetrators Arshad Ali Debar Muhammad Ismail, Abdul Majeed Haji Nour Al-Din, and Abdul Ghaffar Muhammad Soma – Pakistani nationals – on Tuesday 8/24/1445 AH, corresponding to 3/5/2024 AD in the Makkah Al-Mukarramah region.
The Ministry of the Interior announces this to confirm the keenness of the Kingdom’s government to establish security, achieve justice, and implement God’s rulings on everyone who assaults those who are safe, sheds their blood, or steals their money, and at the same time warns everyone who tempts himself to do such a thing, that legitimate punishment will be his fate.
