Jean-Luc Chauvin, President of the Aix-Marseille-Provence metropolitan CCI recalls: “ A man of great projects, a major player in the world of science and energy, Bernard Bigot has been able to put Iter back on track as Director-General since 2015. He has never ceased to benefit our territory and the local businesses in this major international project for the energy of tomorrow. It was a source of pride for our territory and for the economic world that he agreed to support and chair the 2nd national edition of the Extraordinary Factory which was held in Marseille in 2019 and which made it possible to promote the industry of tomorrow. and its jobs with young people. The territory is losing a high quality personality, a visionary man with a remarkable career. We join in the pain of his family and loved ones, offering them our most sincere condolences. »
