Death Eaters to invade Harry Potter studios in London

On October 30 and 31, Potterheads will be able to enjoy Nox, a magical evening to celebrate Halloween in Harry Potter style.

Nox will take place on the evenings of October 30 and 31. The experience will begin in the Great Hall, which will feature a ceiling decorated with pumpkins, just as it appears in Harry Potter and the Philosopher’s Stone.

And while you enjoy the view of the Great Hall, you can enjoy themed cocktails, with or without alcohol; but be very careful because at any moment you could be surprised by a group of Death Eaters.

After their stay in the Great Hall, they will take a tour of the studios where they will pass by some candy stations that they can obtain through trick or treating.

In addition, they will walk through the Forbidden Forest where it will be very important to carry their lanterns lit as they could face fearsome characters.

And be very careful, because almost at the end of the journey you may encounter and confront more Death Eaters.

If you want to be part of this experience you must buy your tickets in advance, which will go on sale on September 12 at 10:00 a.m. (UK time), at the The Making of Harry Potter official pageWe recommend purchasing as soon as possible because tickets are limited.

The price of the experience is £150 and includes:

  • After-hours entry to the Studio Tour during the Dark Arts performance.
  • A non-alcoholic or alcoholic cocktail upon arrival
  • A piece of confectionery at each trick-or-treat station
  • Souvenir digital photography
  • You can have butterbeer or some other drink for an additional price.

The Dark Arts Come to Harry Potter Studios

If your visit to the Harry Potter Studios in London does not coincide with Nox, but you plan to go between September 13 and November 10, 2024, you can enjoy a themed experience inspired by the Dark Arts.

The Great Hall will be decorated to celebrate the Halloween season, and you’ll also encounter some Death Eaters, and you’ll be able to learn dueling techniques in the Defense Against the Dark Arts classroom.

We also recommend that you keep a close eye out as there will be Dementors lurking around the studios, as well as the Forbidden Forest. And pay close attention, as you will find the Dark Mark along your path.

To be part of this experience you only need to buy a ticket to visit The Making of Harry Potter, during normal opening hours, between 13 September and 10 November 2023. Tickets cost £53.50.
