Musical comedy Dear Evan Hansen will return to the Music Box Theater on Broadway on December 11, 2021.
Dear Evan Hansen had lowered the curtain on March 12, 2020 because of the pandemic. Ahead of the reopening in New York, the UK production will reopen on October 26, 2021 at the Noël Coward Theater.
The US tour is also expected to resume this year. This third tour should start in Greensboro, North Carolina on December 7, 2021. About thirty cities in the United States and Canada are planned.
