In another police investigation, authorities have released images of the suspect in a deadly subway shooting in Brooklyn.
The man is wanted for opening fire after an altercation with another passenger aboard a 3 train in Crown Heights last Sunday.
“HOMICIDE WANTED: 01/14/24 at 8 pm @NYPD73pct two unknown individuals were involved in a verbal dispute aboard an N/B 3 train at the Rockaway Ave subway station. During the dispute, one of the individuals fired a shot accidentally hitting a 45-year-old victim twice in the torso with a firearm,” writes the NYPD Crime Stoppers account in a message on social media.

The image was obtained at the Utica Avenue station.

Investigators think Richard Henderson was nearby on the train car and was shot.
Henderson had worked as a crossing guard at Avenues School in Chelsea for a decade.
