China News Service, San Francisco, October 14. According to the police in Denver, the capital of Colorado, the United States, a shooting occurred at a party in the city in the early morning of the 14th local time, resulting in three deaths and three injuries.
Denver police said in a press release that at around 1:37 on the 14th, a shooting occurred at a party held in a local industrial store. One victim with an apparent gunshot wound was pronounced dead at the scene, and five other victims were taken to hospital, where two were pronounced dead and three are expected to recover.
The victim’s name and age have not been released.
Police did not say how many people fired shots at the scene, but said there was evidence that at least two guns were fired. The police said they were investigating the cause of the case and identifying the persons involved, but no arrests had been made yet.
