Yesterday afternoon, a fire broke out in a ground parking lot in Jeongneung-dong, Seoul, and all three vehicles were burned.

One person died in a greenhouse fire in Dongducheon, Gyeonggi Province.

Yesterday, around 5 p.m., a fire broke out in the parking lot of a three-story multi-family house in Jeongneung-dong, Seongbuk-gu, Seoul.

11 residents in the building fled, and three vehicles that were stacked on top of each other were all caught in the fire.

Fire authorities believe the fire started in a parked vehicle and are investigating the exact cause of the fire.

The greenhouse was engulfed in flames, leaving only the skeleton intact.

A fire broke out in a greenhouse in Dongducheon, Gyeonggi Province, around 8:30 last night.

A man in his 60s who lived alone in a residential container inside a greenhouse was found dead, and fire damage was estimated at 6 million won.

Police believe that the man with limited mobility died while trying to escape the fire.

Around the same time, a fire broke out at the top of Muhak Mountain in Changwon, Gyeongsangnam-do, and the blaze was extinguished in about two hours, and 2,000 square meters were burned in a fire in a reed field near Waterside Park in Daesan-myeon.

There were no casualties.

On the 5th, a person in his 60s who was arrested on suspicion of making a threatening call to the police from a public phone in Duryu-dong, Dalseo-gu, Daegu, saying, “I will work if Lee Jae-myung, leader of the Democratic Party of Korea, comes to Daegu during the general election,” avoided arrest.

The court dismissed the arrest warrant for this man, saying, “There is no risk of destruction of evidence or flight.”
