At approximately 8:55 a.m. on the 21st, an express bus running inside the Suriti Tunnel on the upbound line of the Dangjin Yeongdeok Expressway in Suhan-myeon, Boeun-gun, Chungcheongbuk-do crashed into a 15-seater van that was ahead. Of the 11 passengers in the van in this accident, two died and one was taken to the hospital in cardiac arrest. It is reported that three people were seriously injured and five others had minor injuries.
