Dublin : One person was killed in a bomb blast at a hotel housing refugees in Dublin. No one else was reported injured. Other residents of the center were evacuated following the incident. The deceased is reported to be from Eastern Europe. The initial assessment is that the explosion was caused by something kept under the bed where he was lying. However, this will only be clarified once the Garda have completed a technical inspection.
In the explosion, the wall of the hotel that separated men and women in the building collapsed. The family members of the deceased were also in the building.
