Deadlock has opened a registered mode – not for everyone yet

Valve has opened up limited access to the ranked mode in Deadlock. At the same time, users from Europe will be able to play the first games in this format without additional processing no earlier than 13:00 Moscow time on October 16.

The delay in opening the registered mode in the region is due to a time limit set by Valve. The company offered players to choose one of two schedules: from 14:00 to 17:00 and from 20:00 to 23:00 or from 13:00 to 16:00 and from 19:00 to 22:00. Ranked match servers were launched for the first time at 23:00 Moscow time.

To get to ranked mode, you need to play at least 50 matches in the standard format. To get a status, you need to complete seven more games in a week – at the end of this period, you will receive a corresponding medal, which will be displayed on your profile. If the user plays less, they will be demoted to level 0 Obscurus, but their match stats will not change.

There are 11 ranks in Deadlock: Acolyte, Seeker, Alchemist, Sorcerer, Ritualist, Emissary, Archon, Oracle, Phantom, Overlord, Aeternus. Each of them is divided into six sub-categories, which reflect the user’s level of play more accurately. Valve has not yet prepared images for each level.
