First quater scrappage deadline arriving for 3 million taxpayers. October 31st is the deadline for the first (or only) installment of the facilitated definition of tax bills introduced by the 2023 budget. The Revenue-Collection Agency reminds us of this by specifying that the payment must be made using the forms attached to the communication of the sums due, i.e. the letter sent by the Agency itself in response to membership applications.
Considering i 5 days of grace required by law, payments made by November 6th will be considered valid (November 5th is a holiday). In case of delays, partial or missed payments, the benefits of scrapping will cease.
How does it work
The Agency reminds you that it is possible to pay at the bank, at ATMs enabled for Cbill payment services, with internet banking, at post offices, in tobacconists participating in Banca 5 spa and through the Sisal and Lottomatica circuits, on the portal www. agenziaentrateriscossione.gov.it and with the Equiclick App via the pagoPa platform.
You can also pay directly at the Revenue Agency-Collection counters where access is permitted exclusively by appointment to be booked on the website in the “Territorial counter” section or via the contact center on 060101.
It is always possible for those who are not in possession, for any reason, of the communication of the sums due and the payment forms, to download a copy directly in the reserved area of the website www.agenziaentrateriscossione.gov.it, by logging in with the Spid credentials , Cie and Cns, or receive it via e-mail by sending a request from the public area, therefore without the need for a pin and password, attaching an identification document.
You can also request the activation of the direct debit of the installments of the subsidized definition on the current account, as well as at the counter, also from the reserved area of the website www.agenziaentrateriscossione.gov.it using the “Activate/revoke SDD mandate for payment plans” service. facilitated definition” present in the facilitated definition section. Once the requested data has been entered, the system will send an acknowledgment email to the email address indicated and subsequently a second confirmation communication.
If the taxpayer does not receive this confirmation within 10 working days before the installment deadline (for example, for the installment of 31 October 2023 the direct debit is active for requests confirmed by 17 October) the payment must be made through the other foreseen methods, while the debit on the account, if activation is confirmed, will be effective starting from the next instalment.
ContiTu is also available in the public area of the website www.agenziaentrateriscossione.gov.it, the service that allows you to choose to pay in a facilitated way only some of the notices/files contained in the Communication of the sums due. Finally, the Agency recalls that in the areas affected by last May’s flood, the terms and deadlines for scrapping quater have been extended by three months. Therefore, the communication of the sums due will be sent by next December and the deadline for payment of the first (or only) installment is expected in 2024.
