Am 14.05.2024 A joint meeting of four committees of the city and municipal councils took place to discuss projects of our model project.
There we reported on the current status of the project and gave an outlook for the next few months.
The tendering procedure for the Development of an app for the Linz region completed so that we can start implementation promptly.
With the activation of the defect reporter on our participation platform mitmachen.smarte-region-linz.de we have created an additional information channel, which has already shown initial success.
Furthermore, the eligibility of the field of action Smart infrastructure with the associated measures approved by the funding body.
Two measures were unanimously approved at the meeting. We can therefore public Wi-Fi hotspots at several locations in Linz and equip the parking lot at the train station and the disabled parking spaces with sensorsto record the occupancy of the parking spaces. We will now prepare the allocation processes for this.
