The Public Prosecutor’s Office of Lodi today made a request to dismiss the investigation into instigating or aiding the suicide of Giovanna Pedretti, the restaurateur from Sant’Angelo Lodigiano found dead last 14 January in the waters of the Lambro after the controversy over the Response to an anti-gay and anti-disabled customer online review deemed false.

The investigations established that no one helped Pedretti in his suicide and that the alleged customer’s review was not genuine. Now, the file passes to the preliminary investigation judge for possible oppositions or for definitive dismissal.
