Dead in a gas explosion in a slum in Venezuela

In Venezuela, at least eight people died in a gas explosion in a slum on the outskirts of the capital Caracas. Authorities announced on Tuesday that two small children were among those killed after a house collapsed in Petaré. According to Venezuelan media, the accident was caused by a gas leak or by the explosion of a gas cylinder.
