Authorities are investigating the deaths of several people whose bodies were found in a home in northwestern Minnesota.
The bodies were discovered shortly before 8 p.m., in Moorhead, Minnesota, by family members concerned about people’s well-being. Family members called the police.
Police have not disclosed how many people were found in the home, or the cause of death. There was no evidence of violence or forcible entry, police said.
Neighbors told the WDAY-TV station that several children lived in the house.
Moorhead is located near Fargo, North Dakota, in a metropolitan area of about 230,000 residents.
Police have warned they probably won’t release further details until Monday. Police Capt. Deric Swenson did not currently respond to a message from The Associated Press.
