In the Norwegian town of Kongsberg, a man with a bow and arrow has killed and injured several people. The police cannot yet say anything about the exact number of victims, but according to various Norwegian media, at least four people have been killed.
A suspect has been arrested. Nothing is known about a motive. The police do not rule out terrorism. There are no other suspects.
At 6:13 p.m., police received several reports of people seeing someone walking with a bow and arrow in several places in the center of Kongsberg. The police confirm that the perpetrator has moved over a large area.
The man is said to have shot at people in a supermarket, among other things. He was arrested at 6:47 PM. The emergency services have mobilized en masse, including eight ambulances and three ambulance helicopters.
