Mohammed Ihattaren was predicted a brilliant football future when he broke through as a young talent at PSV.
However, the problems off the field have caused the career to stagnate completely. Three months ago, Dutch De Telegraaf reported that Ihattaren was detained on suspicion of threatening another person.
Today, Monday, the Dutch newspaper writes that the 21-year-old has been arrested again. He returned to Amsterdam to celebrate his birthday and was arrested by the police yesterday.
According to sources close to the investigation, he is suspected of having abused his former girlfriend. A police spokesperson tells the Telegraaf that a 21-year-old man but does not want to confirm that it is Ihattaren.
He is said to have been interrogated and detained. On Monday, the police will have carried out a search of Ihattaren’s home in Utrecht.
Juventus currently belongs to Juventus, in 2022 he was loaned to Ajax where he only played four minutes in the A team. He made five appearances for the U21 team. The striker has yet to make an appearance for Juventus.
