How much does your service cost?
Hm, I haven’t discussed salary once in my professional life. That was never an issue for me. The other way around, I’ve seen bosses tell me I should earn more for what I do. In my time as a self-employed management consultant, I kept it that way that I left it up to my customers – mostly small companies – how much they pay. That always worked.
