In the docufiction series ‘De Redders’, six rescuers experience adventures on the beach of Ostend and Mariakerke. The series brings a mix of tension, fun, drama, emotions and personal stories. Because their love life is at least as exciting as the job itself and someone has to be ‘saved’ there too. The series stars Julie Vermeire (23) and her boyfriend Laurins Dursin (26). Joni Ceusters, the 24-year-old Tieltenaar who survived ‘Kamp Waes’, can also be seen in the series.

In addition to ‘De Redders’, ‘Het Rad’ will also start again on 2 August. To announce the news of the new season, Peter Van de Veire (49) got help from the swinging typesetter Sam Gooris (48). He already pulled his basketsloefkes On.
