The staff team of De IJzeren Pot, whose permanent core has been working together for a long time, remained loyal to the restaurant to the end. “Some of them already have a new job, but they want to continue working here to this day,” Elly explains. “This passion of our permanent team does us a lot of good. Even former staff members, some from a long time ago, have been reaching out again when they heard we were stopping. It’s very nice.”
