The office of Uzbekistan’s President Shavkat Mirziyoyev said on Friday that DB World Group will operate the logistics-focused free economic zone in the Navoi region of southeastern Uzbekistan.
And the president’s office added in a statement that another Emirati company will manage the cargo terminal at Navoi International Airport.
DB World already operates a free zone in neighboring Kazakhstan, which has been established at a railway junction on the latter’s border with China.
