Dazia and Culmia triumph at the Asprima-Sima Awards

Dazia and Culmia win the gold. The promoters collected the nineteenth Asprima-Sima Award for the best real estate performance in housing yesterday during the gala held yesterday at the Duques de Pastrana Complex.

The best Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) strategy went to Alibuilding for the collaboration with Assido ProSindrome de Down.

The best urban regeneration initiative went to the Fasa district, promoted by the Valladolid City Council, Cartif Foundation, Acciona, Veolia and Xeridia. The project Espacios Públicos del Arrabal del Castillo, promoted by the City Council of Álora (Málaga), also received a mention.

Songyang County (China) received the mention for the international project and the best innovation initiative went to CoCircular Business Intelligence for the creation of its 360º Advisor platform.

The award for the best business initiative in training went to Arpada, for the CIR project (Resident Internal Builder) and also received a Via Ágora mention, for the Urban Forest Innovation LAB of Cuenca (UFIL) and Colliers, for the Learning & Development project .

Rasvel Group received the award ‘improving the image of the real estate sector’. The recognition of the outstanding professional of the year was shared by Teresa Marzo, CEO of Elix, and Ángel Moreno, president of Mapisa.
